Jim has worked a total of 12 years in the insurance field. His job experience includes workers compensation claim investigator, personal injury claims adjuster, medical collections supervisor and director of operations for a company that performed personal injury claim processing nationwide.

Jim is also a licensed property & casualty insurance broker, and a graduate of Holy Cross College in Worcester, MA. He served with the US Marine Corps in Operation Desert Storm in 1991.

Tom has served over 14 years in the insurance field. His job experience includes personal injury claims adjuster, subrogation specialist, medical collections and senior claim analyst for a company that performed personal injury claim processing nationwide. He is also a licensed Life, Accident and Health Insurance Broker. Tom is a graduate of St. Michael's College in Winooski, VT where he was a 4 year member of the Mens Varsity Hockey Team.
